Dr. Jack Kooyoomjian received the 2024 National Environmental Achievement Award (NEAA) from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), which was presented to him on February 14, 2024, in Austin, Texas. His name was submitted without his knowledge. The selection committee selected Jack and advised him in a letter in November of 2023. He did not go there but had someone else (Calvin Farr, General Manager of the Prince William County Service Authority) receive it on my behalf. There were two individuals recognized for this award in the US in 2024: Jack Kooyoomjian and Mr. Eric Rothstein, Principal of Galardi Rothstein Group, NC.
The Gentleman on the left is Calvin D. Farr, General Manager of the Prince William County Service Authority.
