David has over 45 years of experience as a Project Manager, Chief of Technical Services and Chief of Quality and Safety at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) working on New York Capital Construction projects (worth $20 Billion). He is the inventor of the Track Clearance Device. After retiring from the MTA, he joined Tishman Turner Joint Venture as a Consultant, working at the World Trade Center. Currently he serves as Treasurer of the AESA Northeastern Section and teaches a Project Management Course at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA) in collaboration with Rutgers University. In 2016 he Received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from NUACA.
