As the Founder and CEO of SoCal Financial Services, he has spent over a decade providing expert financial solutions, tax services, and property management for homeowners’ associations, commercial properties, and businesses across Southern California.

With a strong background in corporate accounting and financial oversight, Arthur has held senior positions such as Controller and Senior Accountant at Wall Street Realty, where he managed multi-property financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. His expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and process optimization ensures the fiscal health and efficiency of AESA’s operations.
