Arin Balalian, DrPH, MD, MPH is an accomplished epidemiologist and researcher with a passion for improving birth outcomes and children’s growth and neurodevelopment. With expertise in health research and data analytics, Arin has contributed to numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals on maternal and child health. Dr. Balalian currently works in NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, evaluating public health interventions in the Bureau of Early Intervention.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Arin has advised Master’s students at the American University of Armenia and has worked in NGOs in Armenia, developing and implementing programs to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
