Description: Switzer Falls is an excellent hike in the San Gabriel Mountains, north of Pasadena and Los Angeles. This area has lots of history, beautiful canyon views, and two nice waterfalls. This hike takes you downhill to the waterfall and then uphill on the way back, and it can be crowded on the weekends, so know that in advance. Find the details of this hike in the below link https://californiathroughmylens.com/switzer-falls/
CARPOOL: Recommended because of limited parking space at the trail head. Let’s meet at La Canada Carpool before 6:45 AM. We will leave the carpool point at 7:00 AM SHARP (see address link below)Harvey Park & Ride1553 E Wilson Ave, Glendale, CA 91206. Please don’t be late, after we enter the Angeles Crest highway, there won’t be any reception.
